Should you buy stocks when they are low

When I thought about doing an article about stocks to buy hitting 52-week lows recently, a quick search of companies with a market cap of $2 billion or more revealed a total of 124 hitting 52-week lows. Fast forward three days later and there’s only 22 stocks hitting 52-week lows according to Finviz.com.
